Every time in Ponta Delgada, I choose this place. The stuff are gentle and amicable. The units are recently refurbished with balcony. Nice touch to have a sofa bed, central heating, and multi-channel television.

The room is fantastic, beautiful comes with a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, as for instance. The breakfast is marvellous and fine with great coffee to boot and the location is exceptional. The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone.

Extremely comfy bed in the suite, plus a work desk, flat-screen television, and a seating area. Magnificent wonderful location, in a museum or one of those English house that you see in Agatha Cristi shows. And so close to lovely spot in the garden for an Azorean tea, central Ponta Delgada and a 300 year old chapel, with the original walls and beams.

I loved that the reception was very friendly. I had bright queen room with a very modern bathroom, balcony, a very comfortable bed.
